How matching works
What we do, what we don't do, and how agencies appear in your results.
Agencies never rank higher because they pay
Match order comes from your profile answers against each agency's current stated requirements. There is no paid placement inside agency results, and no agency can buy a higher match level or exclusivity before you choose.
Sponsored placements are always labeled
Educational sponsorships and partner resource cards are marked Sponsored or Partner content, and they never influence matching, ranking, or eligibility.
We show verification and source freshness
Every profile is labeled Verified Partner, Information Verified, or Public information / Not yet verified. We only show a verification date when we actually verified the information with that agency, and unverified maximum amounts are never presented as guaranteed earnings.
You choose which agencies receive your profile
Nothing is sent until you give affirmative consent, per agency and per journey. You can decline, and an optional short first-conversation window is only ever your choice.
We do not collect medical records
We never collect, upload, store, review, or transmit medical records, fertility-clinic or OB records, or legal contracts. Screening records stay between you, the agency, and its clinic.
Language preference helps you, never penalizes you
Choosing Spanish or requesting a Spanish-speaking coordinator only helps agencies assign the right person. It never lowers a score, hides eligible agencies, or affects compensation. We do not ask about ethnicity or nationality and never score protected traits.
Matching is preliminary. It is not medical or legal clearance. Final eligibility and final compensation are determined by each agency and its screening process.
