What happens after you choose an agency
From first conversation to matching, screening, legal, and transfer — at a high level.
You choose which agencies receive your profile. Only then does a coordinator reach out to you.
The agency runs its own intake: a fuller application, records review, and screening coordination with a fertility clinic and a mental-health professional. This platform never collects or stores those records.
Matching with intended parents happens on the agency side, and you have a say in the match.
Legal representation is arranged before any embryo transfer, and your compensation schedule is written into the contract.
Timelines vary a lot. Agency review in particular can take a while, and waiting is normal.
